Food Vendors and items being sold MUST be approved by the 2027 Food Vendor Coordinator BEFORE completing the form below and purchasing your space.

NOTE: All participants, volunteers, and vendors must also sign a Waiver and Release Agreement when they check in for Fort Clark Days.  You do not need to download or print the form at this time.
